Bombshell Betty Dance, the instructor, facility, and their associates accept no responsibility for personal injury that my take place during the event or while arriving at or leaving the facilities. Bombshell Betty Dance maintains that it is the responsibility of the registrant to determine whether they will be able to attend all the classes in the session or workshop they are enrolling in at the time of purchase. There will be no refund or prorate for unattended classes. Registrations for classes in San Francisco, CA may be cancelled up to seven (7) days prior to the first day of the session or workshop OR before registration is closed (class is full), whichever happens first, to receive a gift certificate for the full registration amount. Registrations for classes outside of the San Francisco Bay Area are final, and no gift certificates will be given for cancelled registrations. If for some reason a cancellation must be made by Bombshell Betty Dance, you will be issued either a credit toward registration in future classes OR a refund for the cancelled class/session.

Pinup Workshop hotel locations may be changed at any time without prior notice.

All registrations and gift certificates are non-transferrable and not redeemable for cash.

For orders of all tangible items: All sales final. Exchanges accepted for identical item in case of defect. Please allow 1-2 weeks for shipping unless shipping date is otherwise noted.

Bombshell Betty Dance reserves the right to refuse admittance to or to eject from events any persons behaving in a disruptive manner, as determined by the instructor.
